The fire has been raging for five days now, releasing a black cloud of toxic smoke and destroying 85 million pounds of frozen food. Lineage Logistics, the company responsible for this disaster, has 55 workplace safety violations, 77 regulatory infractions and over $5M in unpaid penalties.
