Emma hosts Haggai Matar, Executive Director of +972 Magazine, to discuss the new Israeli governmental coalition, PM Naftali Bennet’s role within it, and how its formation will impact the occupation in East Jerusalem. They pick up on their conversation earlier this year, digging into Netanyahu’s ousting and how it came to be; they explore Bibi’s shift from outwardly pro-two-state solution to spending 12 years in power entrenching the country into the occupation and dismantling peace negotiations, and how he managed to build his cult of personality.
