The Supreme Court announced on Friday that it will hear challenges to partisan gerrymandering in two states: MD and NC. Millhiser gives some background on these cases and explains why, in his opinion, they will not end well for the Democrats. Plus, a breakdown of the legal issues involved with Trump’s use of “national emergency” to build the wall.
